Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Shipment
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer dust bags, authenticity cards, and Hawkeye Vintage security tags are included and undisturbed.
Dispatch the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
